Our restroom trailer requires a water source within 50 to 100 ft of placement in which our garden hose can be connected to supply water.  If the event does not have access to a water supply, we have an onboard water supply than can be used at an additional cost.   Please let us know ahead of time if we need to bring water.

WHAT ARE THE ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESTROOM TRAILER?

Electrical requirements vary slightly depending on the size of the trailer and the season.

In most summer rentals, many of our trailers can operate using a standard 110-volt, 20-amp dedicated circuit to power lighting, water systems, and a single air conditioning unit. Smaller 2-stall and 4-stall units are especially power-efficient.

In winter months, electrical demand increases due to heating systems. For full heating capability, larger units may require up to four separate 110-volt, 20-amp dedicated circuits. These must be separate circuits — not multiple outlets tied to the same breaker — to ensure proper performance.

The larger the trailer (6-stall, 8-stall, or 10-stall), the greater the potential power requirement, especially in colder weather.

If sufficient power is not available onsite, we can provide a properly sized generator to ensure reliable operation year-round.

We’ll confirm the exact power requirements for your specific trailer at the time of booking so everything runs smoothly on delivery day.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH MY RESTROOM TRAILER RENTAL?

Every Royal Thrones restroom trailer arrives fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and event-ready. We don’t just drop it off — we deliver a complete restroom experience.

Your trailer comes fully stocked with premium toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and all essential restroom supplies. Interior features typically include flushing toilets, running sinks with hot and cold water, climate control (heat and air conditioning), interior lighting, exterior step lighting, mirrors, and upscale finishes designed to provide comfort and privacy.

Before delivery, each unit is thoroughly serviced and tested to ensure everything is operating properly. Our team handles leveling, setup, and operational checks so it’s ready to use immediately.  We  supply everything you need to hook them up – such as electrical cords and water hoses!  Our trailers come fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash with trash bags, and hand soap so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own supplies.

For longer-term rentals such as remodels or construction, we can also schedule regular maintenance and pumping services as needed.  However, the client is responsible for basic upkeep during the rental such as adding paper products when necessary and having your janatorial service do the daily clean, empty the trash, and restock as needed.

When we set up your trailer, it’s clean, comfortable, and ready to serve — just like a permanent restroom, only mobile.

If a long-term rental is chosen, then the client will also be responsible to clean, maintain and supply the trailer as needed.

WHEN WILL MY RESTROOM TRAILER BE DELIVERED AND PICKED UP?

For weddings and weekend events, we typically deliver on Thursday or Friday for a Saturday event. This allows everything to be fully set up and ready before rehearsals begin and well before guests arrive. We want the trailer in place, leveled, tested, and operating smoothly so you can focus on your event — not logistics.

For business remodels, construction projects, or facilities going offline, we schedule delivery before the remodel or shutdown begins so your restroom solution is in place and ready the moment you need it.

Our team will coordinate delivery timing with you in advance. We strongly prefer that someone be onsite at delivery to confirm placement and positioning. Pickup is usually scheduled for Sunday or Monday, and no one needs to be present unless site access requires it.

We handle the details so your event or project runs without interruption.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR RESTROOM TRAILERS?

Our restroom trailers come in multiple sizes depending on your event or project needs. We offer 2-stall, 4-stall, 6-stall, 8-stall, and 10-stall luxury restroom trailers.

Most of our standard units are approximately 8 feet wide and 20–22 feet long, with larger 8- and 10-stall models extending longer. Exact dimensions vary slightly by model, so we’ll confirm the specific size when you book.

For setup, the trailer must be placed on a reasonably flat surface. We can level the unit a few inches, but it performs best on solid, stable ground. Open space is important. Please ensure both the placement area and the access road have at least 12 feet of width and 12 feet of height clearance to accommodate delivery and avoid overhanging tree limbs or obstacles.
